WINDMILL Green has been revealed as the new name for FORE Partnership’s innovative and
inspiring workspace development underway at 24 Mount Street in Manchester.
The transformational real estate investment firm is moving forward with its plans to create a
flexible, collaborative business community, after being granted planning approval by
Manchester City Council in late August.
The announcement comes as construction work got underway this month on the
entrepreneurial hub set over seven-floors across the 78,000 sq ft building. Construction is
due to complete December 2017.
FORE’s plans will see the building rejuvenated to create sustainable Grade A offices,
anchored by a co-working space and a crafted interior design. Windmill Green will stand out
with a roof terrace and improvements to the public realm.
This prominent building, located in the heart of Manchester’s central business district, is
