Office to co-living conversion through permitted development rights in a vibrant Bermondsey sub-market, near the River Thames. Our retrofit approach created small residential studios let on a short-term basis with generous common areas.
The property is leased in full to co-working operator Mason+Fifth, who have adopted FORE’s vision around health and wellbeing as central to their offering. Together, we are creating essential social value by providing affordable housing for young professionals in a central London location, while fostering a strong local community. Design features embrace circularity, local sourcing, and social impact, and there is an extensive soft programming including in-building events, community meals, and professional improvement evenings.
