View 58, located on the River Thames next to Blackfriars Bridge, was ahead of its time. Designed as a low-carbon, socially impactful workspace, View 58 focused on the latest low carbon strategies at the same time as driving positive social impact.

Purchased as a vacant building from the City of London, we repositioned the former Employment Tribunal into a highly sustainable, contemporary designed, grade-A riverside office. The re-imagined space includes exceptional terraces on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors that provide unobstructed panoramic views of the river.

Intelligent monitoring incorporate systems that allow highly accurate real-time monitoring of heating, lighting, water consumption, and waste generation, as well as overall carbon production.

Access is easy to key transport links like Blackfriars Station just to the east, Blackfriars Millennium Pier with Thames Clipper service opposite the building, and London’s Cycle Superhighway passing by front door.

The building was sold to social enterprise Nesta who use it as their headquarters and a social innovation hub.
